Not Halloween.

I'm aware that this is an unpopular opinion in the blogosphere, but ... I'm really excited that Halloween is over. Don't hate me guys! I know Halloween isn't anywhere near as big a deal over here as it is in the US, so maybe I just don't 'get' it properly. But there's only so many blog posts about a day I'm not invested in that I can read without feeling like my head is going to explode!

I didn't do anything specifically for Halloween, but it was our staff quiz + night out on Sunday instead. Such a fun night. Even if this isn't a job I plan on being in for all that long (I've been there 2 months today! Time has flown by), I'm definitely lucky to have such a fun bunch of work colleagues.

Part of me has been considering doing NaNoWriMo this year, but I haven't got a plot or a plan at all, so it's probably not going to happen. Oh well, there's always next year!

  2. I totally forgot it was halloween yesterday, that's how much I'm not into it. Did the odd trick or treating when I was little but that's it, I think the concept of it has totally gone out the window, just an excuse for sluts to dress up even sluttier, bleurghhhh.
